Bev Ingram has been exploring and teaching yoga for over 30 years. She
integrates mindfulness of the body through breath and movement to deepen
your awareness and invite inner stillness. She is passionate about making
yoga accessible to EveryBody. Bev has experienced the healing process of
yoga on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level and loves to share with
others.
Bev has extensive training and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 500-
hour, experienced yoga teacher (over 1000 teaching hours). Bev is also a
certified mindfulness meditation teacher and completed a two year training
program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She offers yoga therapy and is
available for private sessions.
