Service Description

This trauma-informed class offers a safe space for self-identified Queer & Trans folks looking to find community and connection. We’ll focus on gentle movement, breath-work, guided meditation and work to create a container of queer joy throughout the autumn months. All bodies, sizes, and abilities are welcome!
